HR advice/investigation support

C.E.M Mediation & HR offers an impartial, structured and careful investigation process following ACAS principles to help organisations manage the investigatory work required as part of formal HR processes. I am experienced at managing investigations relating to bullying, harassment, discrimination, grievances and capability. My work is of high standard and investigations conclude with a clearly written report to the organisation which details key findings and advise whether or not there is a case to answer and recommends suitable next steps. As a CIPD Level 7 qualified HR practitioner with a background in HR Management, I am experienced in handling complex investigations and will ensure that the investigation is thorough, transparent, rigorous and conducted in a sensitive manner to support employees during a highly stressful and upsetting process.
